the staff was helpful. they always offered a warm smile as i passed by reception. the location is excellent. it's a short walk from the metro. the bedding and pillows are comfortable.

the room was not big enough. there were not enough armchairs or shelves to put clothes, with a total absence of drawers. there was a tiny wall wardrobe with hangers only.

The hotel's location was near the metro, so getting around wasn't a complete disaster.

The noise levels were unbearable at times, especially with thin walls and loud neighbors, this made getting a decent night's sleep almost impossible. I need better soundproofing, not excuses.

the hotel is located very close to a metro. this made getting around easy. the breakfast included a good variety of foods. the staff were friendly and helpful .

my room's bathroom was quite small. the elevator. the neighborhood felt unsafe at night, and i saw many homeless people nearby.
